I confidently made the decision to start my own business, Carmen Taylor Weddings. I am so thankful and honored for the opportunities over the past three years of wedding planning and coordinating experience.
I always get asked where Carmen Taylor originated from, the name was inspired by our two beautiful kid’s middle names.
Wedding planning for me started back in 2013, when I started planning our wedding. I truly enjoyed starting and completing each task while planning. Three years after our wedding, I began assisting a Wedding Planner, to see if this was something that I wanted to do full time, and I have never regretted that decision.
My favorite part of planning your wedding, is creating spreadsheets and keeping my couples on track with your budget and wedding tasks. I love when we check off tasks, because it means we are getting closer to making the most memorable day happen the way you planned! Lastly I love decorating and taking all the Pinterest inspired pictures that we have shared, and the items you purchased or rented and bringing your wedding décor vision to life.

Our Day-of Coordinators serve as the guiding presence behind your wedding. They will oversee the timeline, direct vendor teams, managing wedding day transitions, and ensuring each carefully planned detail is brought to life with intention and precision.
Our Wedding Day Assisitants provide an additional layer of attentive support, working alongside the planner and coordinator. They assist with setup, guest experience, wedding party needs, and the many behind-the-scenes details that allow your day to unfold effortlessly.
